Surprise Car Care took great care of my 2014 Explorer and me. After the dealer telling me I “needed” about $1000 work of maintenance I took car to Mike. He was honest and did just what was needed for half of what dealer quoted.

The got me in same day to look over a used Honda Pilot I was considering purchasing. They took their time looking over it, then gave me an estimate and discussed with me what work it needed done and if it was a good purchase overall. Due to that recommendation and their great customer service, I not only am the proud owner of the Pilot, I've also found a new place I trust to keep that Pilot in tip top shape. It is hard to find a auto service place that you can trust, and I am here to say that I trust Surprise Car Care. We have taken our truck there for both maintenance and repairs and each time the staff has been amazing, they are honest, great communication, got us in quickly, and really offered fantastic service.

I hate taking my car to the shop because it's usually bad news. But, the guys here are friendly and make the experience as good as it can be. They explain the situation and also keep an eye out for other future issues you want to keep an eye on for your car. They aren't pushy about it at all, either. They just give you the information and let you go on your way to decide for yourself. My dad is a mechanic, and so it's that much harder for me to trust a "shop" when I'm far from my home town. But, I trust these guys. I truly feel like they care about their customers and are looking out for you. They also offer a military discount which is fantastic for us!! Highly recommend.

Michael and his team take such good care of my family in keeping our vehicles up and running. Honesty, customer service, and workmanship all top notch. It's hard to find a good mechanic, and I'm glad I don't have to keep looking. Surprise Car Care does an amazing job every time.

I took my truck to have my transmission fixed a few weeks ago. They did an amazing job! They did let me know of other issues wrong with my truck, but did not pressure me into anything other repairs or service than what I brought it in for.
