This was a lesson to me to get more injections in my back and do the job myself. I paid over inflated prices on parts that I cross checked with VW after making my payment and learned the parts were HALF of what this service man told me they cost him. $625 for heater hose assembly and a thermostat housing. SERIOUSLY! He claimed to replace the thermostat but its overheating and not opening correctly. I will be doing it myself from now on. So yeah, $625 and the car is still overheating. Nice huh?

They gave us great service, honest price! The owners are very pleasant, attentive when listening the reason you need their service. I highly recomend them!

Mike was great and helpful. Did not try to sell anything that was not needed. Gave suggestions on what he would do and why. Was reasonable charged for sure. Not taken advantage of as a customer. I would come here again.

I have been going to Carmen for years. He has worked on everything from my 1963-1/2 Ford Galaxie to my Ford F350 Diesel. He is certified in both domestic and foreign as well. There are times when he has consulted with me over the phone on small issues for which I then took care of the issue myself......I like saving money. Oh, and don't be afraid to ask for one-off needs or cosmetic updates.... he can do it and he is experienced enough to give you ideas and best practices. You should see my awesome mud flaps he fabbed up and welded on my lifted truck. My entire family (mom, sister, adult kids, everyone) uses Carmen.
