The owner Mike has always been honest and done a great job. I would never consider taking my car anywhere else. Even though the shop is out of my way I still take my car there knowing the work will get done with care and expertise.

I recently took my husbands truck in for routine maintenance, I got there a bit early; Mike said not a problem. Lets get it done for you so you can finish your day. Mike and his team are always so professional and went over everything with me to make sure I understood what was coming up. There are so many great things I could say about Mike and the guys at SCC!. They kept me in the loop about everything and laid out all risks involved so I could make an informed decision. My vehicle was being ridiculously stubborn about something (too much to go into here) but they kept at it and didn't complain or charge me for the extra time. The estimate they gave me for the repair was much lower than the other shops with equally high ratings. If you're not mechanically inclined, you won't feel like they're trying to add unnecessary items or repairs. I always felt comfortable when discussing my vehicle. I won't go anyplace else from now on!

I'm so glad I found these guys!!!!! I brought my 08 Ram 1500 to 4 other local shops and basically threw my money away. Had multiple repairs done and still, not one of those shops could fix it. I was about done with this truck, but my buddy insisted that I have surprise car care just look at it. Initially I was hesitant. Although, I wanted to know what in the heck was wrong with this truck. They made several simple repairs and it's like I just drove it off the lot again. By far the best place I've been to!! You don't find many honest mechanics but these guys blew me away. My family and I will undoubtedly be lifelong clients.

Over the last few years we have trusted our vehicles exclusively to surprise car care based on their professionalism, affordability and amazing reputation. One thing that truly sets them apart is there caring attitude towards their customers. That isn't just limited to the owner but all of the technicians as well. I trusted Carmen for many years. My family has spent tens of thousands of dollars at his shop in good faith that he was providing us with honest advice and a fair price. After spending nearly $2,700 on a full tune up on my 2000 Dodge Ram (including front and rear differential flush and inspection) my rear differential went out just weeks later. He advised me that it will be another $3,500+ to rebuild it or $2,700 to get a re manufactured rear diff installed. After he charged me $180 to fill the diff back up with oil and seal it back up I took my truck down to AZ Differential Specialists and they completed the rebuild for less than $1,100 out the door including a 1 year warranty. They advised me that there is no excuse for missing this when they serviced the differentials and that Dodge trucks are notorious for rear diff problems around the 100k mile mark. This repair could have and should have been very minor if they would have inspected the differential like I paid them to do in the first place just weeks earlier. And why the $2,500 price difference for the rebuild? I have completely lost faith in this company and can assure you that I will no longer refer anyone to them. This makes me wonder how much they have taken advantage me and my family over the years. They have lost a very loyal customer for life.
