I have been going to Mike's shop for a little over a year now, having repairs such as a clutch replacement, serpentine/timing belts replaced, new radiator not etc. I just dropped my car off again for new brakes, and have no worries at all. This place is highly recommended, not only for their fair pricing, but also for the amazing family-like hospitality. Their mechanics are excellent, and I do not plan to go anywhere else for my car care.

This place is the best! My car broke down on the way to work so I brought it here since it was close. They got right back to me with the problem and an awesome price to fix it. Have since been back with both mine and family vehicles for repairs and an oil change. They respond quickly to emails and phone calls. They are honest, friendly and affordable! I never felt pressured to buy unnecessary repairs. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Check them out, you won't be disappointed! Thank you Mike, Tyler and crew!

Michael at Surprise Car Care does great work. This is the second time I am using his services.His work is done correctly and his prices are very fair. You are treated very nice there and if you don't stay to have work done they call you to let you know what has to be done and the prices for your approval. I've moved around a lot and been to a a lot of different mechanics, and Surprise Car Care is by far one of the best shop experiences I've ever had. Tyler and Mike are awesome! They do great work, and let you know exactly what is going on and your best options. They really care about you and definitely have your best interest in mind. The transmission went out on one of our service vans on Thursday, brought it to Surprise Car Care on Friday morning. Picked it up on Monday Afternoon around 2! Surprise Car care is a throwback to the old days, the best group of honest mechanics in the Arizona Area, Mike and the crew has time and time again saved me money even when the answer to the car problem is a quick trip to an AutoZone. I have been taking all of my vehicles to Desert Car Care for a couple of years now and have always been pleased with the results. They have performed fluid changes, brakes, transmission services, and other repairs. They are prompt and I have never had any charges that were not reasonable.
